Do I have to create my own forms?

Absolutely Not! Our design team will work with you to create the custom forms you require. You are also welcome to browse our industry ready forms.
How long does it take to create a custom form?

In most cases, a custom form can be created from concept to completion in as little as five days.
Are memberships required?

Yes. The majority of forms on our website are unique, and have time invested in their creation, as well as keeping them functional and up to date. To keep cost at a minimal for our clients, membership is the best solution. We are in the process of creating a library of ready made, single use forms.
Who owns the rights to my unique forms?

You own all rights to your custom forms. Forms that were created for your company will NEVER be sold, or utilized by another company.
Does MyForms24/7 retain a copy of completed forms?

All completed entries are automatically emailed to your company, and removed from our system one day after receipt. We have a one day rule in place, in the event your email was unable to receive the completed form allowing our system to re-send any failed attempt.
Are there fees associated with creating custom forms?

Yes. Custom forms are created by our design team and will vary in cost. Your sales representative will discuss these costs with you during your order consultation.
