Configurable deadlines
Set a deadline (default 5 days) when you launch. Participants see a countdown on their evaluation form. After the deadline, submissions are blocked with a friendly "Time's Up" screen — no stragglers.
Persistent employee roster
Build your team roster once — names and emails are saved permanently. When you launch a new cycle, your roster appears as checkboxes. Select who participates, uncheck anyone sitting out. New names are auto-saved to the roster for next time.
Individual + summary PDFs
Download a professional PDF for each participant (score card, distribution chart, anonymous comments) or a full cycle summary PDF with a ranked table of all employees. Both include the date in the filename for easy filing.
